I'm a beginner and I want to learn programming.

Could anyone tell me which programming is the basic, that I must learn as a beginner?

If you can, please recommend the further programming I could learn after learning the basis, thx!

I suggest you first figure out what you want to learn and start with the basic stuff.
If you want to make websites I would go for the C or C++ first as PHP and ASP are similar to C++. Learning OOP is a must.

If you want to go in the programming field then you must have to learn C and C++ languages these language is the base of the all programming language. you have to clear all the concept of this languages then after you can able to learn other's language.

For a beginner C is the perfect language as its the mother of all languages , one actually learns what programming is from C then further for the knowledge of object oriented move to c++ then you may choose any specialization of your choice.
