There is no tool which can show Google back links for a website publicly, Google already assigned that they don't want to shows back links for a website into the public because then this create complexity for them to provide the rank to a webiste which has the similar back links. So if some one is looking for the Google back links then they can check their website back links into the Google Webmaster tool which shows the all Google back links for a website but if you ant to check into the another tool then its is not possible with any tool.
