I have just heard that Linking is the first method for including an external style sheet on your Web pages. It is intended to link together your Web page with your style sheet.

The default print view is a rendering of the standard view, only changing the theme that applies to it. This is because we needed a print button to be generic, and did not want to have to handle the print view on top of the default view for every new page.
So the print action redirects to a URL that uses a specific theme.
This theme removes the blocks of the standard view (left column, header, footer) and only keeps (roughly) the main area. It also defines specific css styling.
