Any suggestions for removing Trojans?

I have a few on my computer. I'm a little worried. I found a few days ago and I am really frustrated. I can not seem to remove them. I tried it myself granting access to the administration. It does not work. DOS can not find the Program Files folder for some reason, but then I'm not very good on command.

Bipass need about my administrative permissions and simply delete the file.

How do you just find and kill the file? Program? Method? Code Snippet? Anything?

Depends on what trojan it is and how you know it's there.

I find that a combination of Avast AV and spybot stop them before they get started.
