If you write for websites, one of the most common tasks you’ll be asked to do is

keyphrase or keyword writing articles. Keywords are the core of a website

get a byline for this, although sometimes you can use them to get your clips

Get your writer guidelines and list of keywords on your computer. Bring

Microsoft Word or other word favored by your customer and get a

new document.

Set your font size to 12, unless otherwise indicated.

Only a few items and space only use a left-justified margins (unless your

customer wants a different format). Allow sufficient space between the colon.

Set the keywords or keywords as casually and naturally as you can

in the article. You usually can insert small words like “and” or “it” in a two

keyphrase or more. Search engines tend to ignore these small words and just focus

the larger ones. You can also add punctuation between the words

keyphrase.

When finished, check your keyword density. It is best to mark the

keywords to help you see better. Get a calculator and divide the number

keywords in your article about the number of words in your article.Clients tend to

care more about keyword density than they do about how well your keyword Article

Tips & Warnings

Make sure your keywords or key phrase in your title, but not about the

only words in your title.

You will get faster over time. While the rewards for an individual article could be

low, if you can a lot of three or four hours, you’re more than making

flipping burgers or being a cashier.

Although many customers want to keyword articles in English, you do not control

English to a good keyword article writing.

Avoid keyword stuffing (where you put the keyword in as often as you can).

These articles will get kicked off your search engine.

Not correct the spelling of a keyword given to you. They are misspelled for a

reason.

Not even think about cutting and pasting anothe article. That is plagerism

and customers will dismiss if they suspect plagerism.
